Spirited Gifts Returns and Refunds Policy

Unless our terms of trade provide otherwise, a refund will only be provided when it has been proven that:

(a) there has been an overpayment.

(b) In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected]. To expedite the process, include clear photos of the damaged or defective item and order details.

If your refund request is accepted, the refund will be transferred back to the originating credit card or held to your credit against future sales. No cash refunds will be given. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses. We cannot offer refunds on personalised items (such as engraved glassware).
