SHIPPING COST ESTIMATES
- Auckland (Overnight) – $10
- Rest of North Island (Overnight) – $15
- South Island Economy (2-3 working days) – $15
Below are the typical delivery timeframes as estimated by our freight carrier suppliers. Please note that Spirited Gifts do not have their own courier service, but rely on professional freight carriers such as NZ Post, Courier Post, Post Haste, Sub60 etc.
*Shipping timeframes are outside of our control, especially during Covid-19 times so please be patient and allow enough time for your parcel to be delivered.
Please allow 1-2 working days for Spirited Gifts to package and dispatch your order. Shipping time will be additional. Unless specially arranged, shipping only happens between Monday and Friday.
While we will always do everything possible to ensure your gift box arrives on time, we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date. Delays with couriers are outside of our control.
North Island: 1-3 working days (estimate only).
South Island: 2-4 working days (estimate only).
South Island Rural: 3-5 working days (estimate only).

Rural Delivery: Allow an additional 1-3 working days. This is additional to the timeframes listed above.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $150
Free shipping only applies when the gift box is sent to a single delivery address within New Zealand.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. We cannot take responsibility for any incorrect address information which has been supplied in your order, or for non-delivery due to any address that does not have safe access.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once the courier collects your gift box, an automatic email with your tracking number will be provided to the email address you supplied. If for whatever reason you do not receive it, or you’ve misplaced the email, please get in touch with us.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer pick-up. All gift boxes will need to be shipped. (Our liquor licence doesn’t allow pick-ups).
If any parcel or its contents arrives with any damage, please ensure you contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Please keep all of the original packaging and don’t discard anything. We will need to make a claim on your behalf with the courier company and they will need this as evidence. If the claim is successful, a replacement will be sent.
We will endeavour to deliver your gift box within our estimated delivery timeframe* (see above). These timeframes are indicative only and are outside our control. We cannot take responsibility for late delivery of gifts due to location, bad weather, traffic, incomplete or incorrect address or any other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
If your gift has not been delivered within the delivery timeframe* please contact us with your order details and we will investigate why it is late. Alternatively, you can also contact the courier company directly using the shipping information sent to your email.
